You will need two mobile devices or Two Separate browser windows on a PC.
You can see the Cube in Device 1 rotating synchronized with Device 2 Orientation.
For Android Devices Chrome should work fine, otherwise you may need Mozilla FireFox mobile browser.

This open the cube page where the syncing can be seen.
For Mobile currently it supports in Mozila Firefox Only. Support for Chrome is coming soon.This page allows you device to sync its orientation through the SignalR Hub.
on Android works on Chrome/FireFox Only.This page allows you device to sync its orientation manually through X, Y, Z Slider.
It works perfectly fine on all devices.If you are on a desktop browser, then you can simulate the same by using the orientation feature.
Press Ctrl + Shift + P , and type "Show Sensors", you can go for the "Custom Orientation" option and tilt the virtual mobile device.
